From the day we are informed about the shipment, we chase it closely with our customs brokering department. Once it is ready to pickup, we collect it from airport or seaport and deliver it in our warehouse. You pay only the expenses made during customs clearance, nothing else. |
Once it is cleared in customs, your spare parts are stored in the dedicated section in our warehouse. Our warehouse is air conditioned. Therefore without any risk of defect to your expensive spare parts, we can keep it as long as you want, until your ship’s arrival in US ports. |
This is the day for delivery. Your consignment lodged in our warehouse is now ready to go. Same special care while bringing in is repeated when loading it back to truck for further delivery to your ship. We do not charge any delivery fee when it is accompanied with your store orders. |
